Our school hours are 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM. 

Preschool offers a half-day program, which runs 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM. 

**School Office Hours are 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday. 

Tuition rates vary depending on the grade level (i.e. Preschool vs. K - 8th grade).

Tuition Rates and Fees

 

Yes. All families requesting financial aid through the school must apply through FACTS Tuition Management. There are also state-sponsored scholarships available. Apply at www.SUFS.org

How to Apply for state-sponsored scholarships

 

Yes. 

  • Annual Fund: We ask that all parents donate to the Annual Fund. The Annual Fund supports our operating expense and the goal is for the Annual Fund to cover 6% of the school's budget. 
  • $100,000 Drawing: All families are required to sell tickets for the $100,000 Drawing. 2 tickets for first/only child, and 1 ticket for each additional child. For example, if you have 3 children, you are required to sell 4 tickets. 

Our student count varies depending on grade level. These numbers are a close estimate of the students we have in the following grades. 

PreK 3: 12 students

Teacher/Student Ratio: 1:6

PreK 4: 30 students (2 classrooms)

Teacher/Student Ratio: 1:10

Kindergarten to 8th Grade: average class size is 20 students. We cap classes at 24 students. 

Kindergarten and 1st grade have full-time Teacher Assistants.

School-wide newsletters: sent out every Friday with events for the following week and a detailed monthly newsletter 

Teacher Communication: all teachers communicate via email and/or Remind, as well as by phone and Parent/Teacher Conferences as needed. 

Texts and Emails: may be sent via FACTS for important information and updates as needed

We do not offer a Morning Care program. 

Our After Care program is called Tiger Time and runs from 2:45 PM - 5:30 PM.

Fees per child: $15/day, $60/week, $240/month

 

Yes! We partner with Anita's Restaurant for our hot lunch program. On Wednesday we also offer Chick-fil-a and on Friday we have pizza. Lunches can be ordered up to a month advance and all orders must be completed through the FACTS Family Portal Lunch Account. Students can also bring their own lunch. 

Kona Ice will come once a quarter. Cash only and exact change only. 

We offer the following specials for Preschool through 8th grade:

  • Physical Education (twice a week)
  • Strings and Music (once a week, each)
  • Art (once a week)
  • Spanish (once a week; 8th graders can take Spanish I for high school credit and will meet every day)
  • Technology (twice a week; middle school meets 3 times a week)
  • Library (once a week)

We also offer after school clubs such as, Epiphany Band, Choir, Little Flower and Blue Knights, National Junior Honor Society, and Service Club. 

All volunteers (parents, grandparents, parishioners, etc.) must be fingerprinted and background checked in order to volunteer at any school event.
