Fair Share Tuition Policy (Grades K-8)
Epiphany Cathedral School takes the responsibility of caring and nurturing your children very seriously. Our promise is to offer excellent academic programs that will ensure the best educational investment you can make for your children. Teaching Catholic religion and inspiring the development of our faith is not a value-added service but rather it is a foundation that is imbedded in all class work and social interactions at the school.
We understand that an investment in a quality education can be a sacrifice for many families. It is the attitude of the Diocese of Venice, including our partner parishes, that every child should have the opportunity to benefit from a Catholic education.
In this light, we have instituted our Fair Share Tuition Policy. This policy enables families to achieve the goal of providing the best faith-filled education to their children. With this partnership, the school requires all families requesting aid to complete a financial needs assessment through FACTS (see below) to establish their individual Fair Share tuition cost. Scholarships and aid will be distributed to those most in need.
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is available and open to all Pre-school students who have turned 4-year olds by September 1st of the year they are enrolling. VPK information is available by contacting the Epiphany Pre-school Director.
FACTS Aid Assessment & Tuition Payment
Epiphany Cathedral School utilizes FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to evaluate requests for financial aid. All applications should be filled out as soon as possible for priority consideration. To submit an application, complete the online process at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3v3pq
Additionally, Epiphany Cathedral School utilizes FACTS for the collection of all tuition. Payments will be made by automatic withdrawal administered by the FACTS Management Company. FACTS payment application may be completed on-line at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3v3pq.
Payment arrangements must be finalized prior to July 1st to enroll in the new school year. Payments may be made bi-annually, quarterly, or monthly (10 months).

Scholarships & Tuition Assistance – Grades K-8
Epiphany Scholarships – A number of scholarships are available for students in grades K-8 based on academic achievement, character and spiritual development, and financial need. These scholarships are awarded annually and application information will be provided to families when they are available.
Step Up for Students - Step Up For Students is a state-approved nonprofit scholarship funding organization that helps administer two scholarships for Florida schoolchildren: the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program (FTC) for low-income families and the Gardiner Scholarship (PLSA) for children with certain special needs.
There are a limited number of funds available and they are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are applying for these scholarships, it is imperative that you submit the application and documentation in a timely manner. McKay Scholarship Program - The McKay Scholarship Program for Students with Disabilities provides Florida students with special needs the opportunity to attend a participating private school. www.floridaschoolchoice.org
