Art Department
Every art class is faith-filled and begins with a special prayer; "Lord thank you for imagination and creativity. Please guide me to use, appreciate, and share them through art." Amen
K - 5 Curriculum
The main emphasis is on experimentation of art material and creation of artwork. The students will acquire a basic understanding of making and appreciating art, exploring works of art, and artistic concepts. Students are encouraged to go beyond their knowledge and stretch their imaginations to the heavens! Throughout the year students participate in county art shows and several international art contests; in 2008 Epiphany students won over $500.00 in prize money winning county and state recognition.
The goal is to nurture the God given creativity of each child. To offer students a stress free program, self-esteem, and completed art work to treasure.

"Artist of the Quarter" framing program. It is the vision of the art department to have one piece of art work custom matted, framed, and labeled with a brass plate for every student. The vision is shared by all students 'feeling of pride in seeing their classmates' pictures displayed in the hallways, parents and community members fund the program by shopping with our business partner framer. The student has the choice to take their picture upon graduation or donating it to the school.
