Enrollment Process
Epiphany Cathedral School provides quality education to children in preschool through grade eight. We accept students of any religion, race or national origin. Acceptance is based on a records check and class space availability.
Campus Tours:
Tours of the Epiphany campus are available during normal school hours by appointment. Summer tours are also available on a more limited schedule. Please allow one hour for a complete tour. Scheduling a tour for kindergarten through grade eight may be done by contacting the school office at 941.488.2215. Preschool tours are coordinated by contacting our Early Childhood Director at 941.484.8556.
Shadowing:
Prospective students may shadow a current Epiphany Cathedral School student during a regular school day. Arrangements for shadowing should be made at least a week in advance. Please call the school office at 941.488.2215 to schedule your child's Epiphany Cathedral School experience.
Acceptance to Epiphany Cathedral School:
Transferring students will be required to complete a records release form that will go to their current school. Acceptance to Epiphany Cathedral School will be based on a review of previous education grades and records.
Waiting List:
Once a class reaches 25 students, a waiting list will be made for interested students. If a space becomes available, the school will contact families on the waiting list.
Open Registration:
Registration packets are distributed in March. After receiving the registration packet, families have two weeks to return the packet with the registration fee before their spot is released to the next person on the waiting list.
